Common issues at first login:
Invalid User Code → Double-check the code in your Welcome email.
Wrong password → Try again or use “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Resolve field error → Make sure you calculate and enter the correct result.
Once you have completed your registration and received your User Code by email, you are ready to log in to your private Dashboard. This is where you will manage your account, access apps, and start protecting your files on Blockchain.
Right after registration, the system automatically opens the Sign In page.
If you see the green confirmation pop-up but are not redirected, click Login from the top-right button on the site (or open https://lutinx.com/login).
💡 Tip: keep the registration tab open, then check your email for the User Code you’ll use on the Sign In page together with your password.
Fill in the fields as follows (see image above):
User Name → Enter the User Code received in your Welcome email (format: LRXXXXXXX).
Password → Enter the password you created during registration.
Resolve → Complete the small math question shown (e.g., 6 + 8 = 14).
Click on Sign In.
If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your private Dashboard.
After your first login, you will see a screen asking if you want to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:
Option 1 – Complete KYC now
Upload your identification documents.
Once verified, a blue checkmark badge will appear near your profile.
This increases your registration quota from 33 to 100.
Option 2 – Skip KYC for now
You can choose to skip this step.
Your account remains active with 33 free registrations.
You can complete KYC later, at any time, directly from your Dashboard.
💡 Tip: If you just want to start exploring the Dashboard and test the apps, you can skip KYC and return later when you’re ready.
Once you click “Yes, I want the BLUE ICON near my name”, the system will redirect you to the KYC procedure page.
✅ If you proceed with KYC now
Complete the required fields and upload the requested documents (ID, residence, selfie etc.).
The process takes only a few minutes.
After submitting, your request will be reviewed.
Within 24/48 hours, you will receive an email notification with the outcome of your verification.
💡 Important: While waiting for the KYC confirmation, your account is already active. You can start registering and protecting your documents immediately. Once KYC is approved, your quota will automatically increase to 100 registrations.
✅ If you decide to skip KYC
You can continue directly to your Dashboard and start using your 33 free registrations.
At any time, you can return to the KYC section from your Dashboard and complete the process when ready.
From here you can:
Access available apps according to your free license (e.g., L.STAMP, COPYRIGHT ZONE, L.TREE, L.LINK, BOOKLET).
Check your registrations quota (33 free, or 100 after KYC).
Navigate through the Shop area if you wish to upgrade your license.
