If you are creating your account for the first time:

    • Log in with your new credentials.

    • On the welcome screen, choose “Yes, I want the BLUE ICON near my name” to start the KYC process.

    • Fill in your personal details and address.

    • Upload your ID/Passport and a selfie.

    • Submit and wait for approval.

If you already have an account without KYC:

  • Log in to your LutinX Dashboard.

  • From the menu, select KYC Verification.

  • Complete the same steps: personal details, address, ID/Passport, and selfie.

  • Submit and wait for approval.

What Happens Next:

  • Processing time is usually 24–48 hours.

  • You’ll get an email notification with the result.

  • If successful, your account shows the Blue Ribbon verification badge.

  • You can already use your account while waiting for approval.
