The Booklet® is one of the core applications inside the LutinX ecosystem. It is available to all users — including those with a free LutinX account — and serves as the permanent archive of all BBadges and skill-based credentials issued to a user through the LutinX Blockchain Certification System.

The Booklet collects and organizes:

  • BBadges (digital, blockchain-certified badges)

  • Skills-based achievements

  • Participation proofs

  • Attendance BBadges (events, fairs, workshops)

  • Course completion BBadges (online or in-person)

  • Professional interactions recorded by issuing organizations

The Booklet is the user’s lifelong digital skills portfolio, always accessible and always verifiable.

  • Collect all BBadges automatically, as soon as organizations issue them for skills, participation, events, training, or activities.

  • Store permanent and verifiable credentials, each secured on the LutinX blockchain and linked to the user’s identity.

  • Record any type of learning experience, including formal, non-formal, and informal education, online courses, streamed lessons, workshops, fairs, and professional interactions.

  • Provide a unified lifelong skills portfolio, organizing achievements in a clear and accessible structure.

  • Enable global verification, allowing institutions, HR departments, universities, and organizations to validate credentials through secure links or QR codes.

How to Use The Booklet

Step 1 — Create or access your personal account

To use The Booklet, you must have a personal LutinX account.

Step 2 —Access The Booklet from your dashboard

Once inside your account:

  1. Open your main dashboard

  2. Locate the application panel on the right

  3. Select BOOKLET

Your archive of BBadges will load automatically.

Step 3 — Navigate and view your BBadges

Inside The Booklet you can:

  • View all BBadges issued to your profile

  • Filter badges by year, type or issuing organization

  • Open each badge to see full details, including verification data and visibility status

Step 4 — Review and manage each credential

For every BBadge, you can:

  • Check blockchain verification and issuer information

  • Adjust visibility settings (Public or Private)

  • View the QR code for verification

  • Access sharing options

Step 5 — Explore additional sections

The Booklet also includes:

  • Digital Tracks, showing structured learning or activity paths assigned by issuers

  • My Interactions, displaying activities linked to your acquired badges

These sections help you track your progress across different learning and participation experiences.

Step 6 — Share verified credentials

All BBadges can be shared via:

  • Secure link

  • QR code

  • Email or external social channels

Shared credentials remain verifiable in real time through the LutinX blockchain.
