Joining the LutinX Partner Program means becoming part of a global network of professionals and organizations committed to innovation, transparency, and technological excellence.
The onboarding process is designed to ensure that every new Partner starts their collaboration with complete clarity, compliance, and the right tools for success.

Requirements for Candidacy

Before applying, make sure you meet the essential requirements to become a LutinX Partner.
Each step ensures transparency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s ethical standards.

Referral Code — To join the program, you must have a valid Referral Code provided by an existing LutinX Partner or Representative.
If you discovered LutinX independently, you can request your Referral Code directly from the company at

Active LutinX Account — Create or log in to your LutinX account and make sure your profile is fully completed with accurate personal or business information.

Completed KYC (and KYB, if applicable) — Verify your identity through the official KYC (and KYB for organizations) process to ensure full compliance with AML and data protection regulations.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions — Review and accept the LutinX Partner Program Terms & Conditions before submitting your application.

Approval Confirmation — Wait for the official confirmation email from the LutinX Partner Team validating your registration and granting access to the onboarding phase.

Orientation Course Scheduling — Once approved, schedule your LutinX Orientation Course with your Partner Representative to learn how to use all tools and manage your role effectively.

Ethics & Compliance Commitment — Maintain professional conduct consistent with the LutinX Code of Ethics and corporate policies, promoting transparency and integrity in every activity.

These steps ensure that every Partner joins the LutinX ecosystem under shared values of trust, responsibility, and innovation.

Step-by-Step Registration

Follow these simple steps to complete your LutinX Partner registration:

👉 Important: To join the LutinX Partner Program, you must have a valid Referral Code provided by an existing LutinX Partner or Representative.

This code is essential for linking your registration to the LutinX network and ensuring proper recognition within the Partner structure.

👉 Important:  If you’ve just created a new account, make sure to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — this step is mandatory to activate your profile and access the Partner area.
Business users may also be required to complete KYB (Know Your Business) verification.

Once your account and verification are approved (24/48 hours), you can proceed with the Partner application process.

Step 2 – Go to Your Dashboard

Once logged in, click the profile icon (top right corner) of your screen to open the account menu and select “Manage My Account.”

You’ll be redirected to your personal dashboard, where you can manage your profile, privacy, and network.

Step 3 – Open the “Network” Section

Inside your dashboard, select the “Network” option from the left-side menu.
Here you can access your personal LutinX Network, invite new users, or apply to become a Partner.

Step 4 – Apply for the LutinX Partner Program

In the Network section, click “LutinX Partner – Apply” to start your application process.

If prompted, you will need to enter your PIN Code for verification.

Step 5 – Set or Enter Your PIN Code

If you don’t yet have a PIN code, click “Set PIN Code” and choose a 4-digit code to secure your account.
Then confirm it by re-entering the same code and pressing Submit.

Once you’ve created your PIN, re-enter it to confirm and unlock the Partner section.

Step 6 – Add Your Bank Details

In this step, enter your bank account information for future partner program transactions and rewards.
Make sure all fields (Account Number, Swift/BIC, and Bank Name) are completed accurately before pressing Submit.

Step 7 – Receive and Sign the Partner Agreement

Once all information is submitted, the LutinX Partner Team will review your data.
You’ll then receive your official Partner Agreement (Addendum) via email.

After confirmation, your Partner status will be activated, and your Partner Manager will contact you for the next phase — the Orientation Course.

Next Steps:

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will be officially part of the LutinX Partner Network.
At this stage, it’s important to stay in touch with your LutinX Partner Representative, who will guide you through the following actions:

Plan your next steps together — your Partner Representative will help you define your immediate objectives within the program.
Schedule your orientation course — discuss dates, content, and costs directly with your Partner Representative.

1️⃣ Evaluation & Selection Process

The evaluation phase ensures that each Partner aligns with the LutinX vision and standards of quality.

What We Evaluate:

  • Alignment with LutinX values and technological vision.

  • Experience in the relevant market or sector.

  • Ability to provide professional services (sales, consulting, training, or development).

  • Verified identity, compliance, and data protection policies.

  • Motivation and engagement in promoting blockchain adoption.

During the process, a Partner Manager may schedule a short interview to discuss your objectives and plan the onboarding phase.

2️⃣ Contracts & Commercial Agreements

After approval, LutinX formalizes the partnership through an Addendum to the Partner Agreement.
This document defines the operational, ethical, and commercial relationship between LutinX and the Partner.

Key Aspects Include:

  • Scope of collaboration and defined responsibilities.

  • Correct use of LutinX trademarks and visual identity.

  • Data protection, confidentiality, and compliance policies.

  • Duration, renewal, and termination conditions.

  • Standards of conduct and ethical business practices.

All Partners are required to review and accept these conditions before starting their official activities.

3️⃣ Onboarding & Initial Training

Once approved, the onboarding process begins with the goal of helping you become confident and autonomous in using LutinX technologies.

What’s Included:

  • Welcome and guidance from your Partner Manager.

  • Introduction to the LutinX ecosystem and its blockchain tools.

  • Training on dashboard navigation and applications (KYC, Copyright Zone, BBadges, Explorer, etc.).

  • Access to marketing and communication materials.

  • Best practices for promoting and managing client relationships.

The Orientation Course provides all the knowledge needed to understand how LutinX operates and how to apply it effectively in your specific business or educational field.

4️⃣ Certifications & Qualifications

LutinX provides a structured certification path verified on the blockchain.
Every required training and assessment issues an official BBadge® tied to your digital identity.

Partner BBadge (current year)
Upon onboarding and successful completion of the required steps, you receive the LutinX Partner BBadge for the current membership year (e.g., Partner BBadge 2025–2026).
This credential is blockchain-verifiable and confirms your active Partner status for the valid period.

  • When submitting your Partner Application Form, you must include your Referral Code provided by your LutinX Partner or Representative.
    This code identifies your position within the LutinX Partner Network and links your application to your referring Partner.

  • The Orientation Course is mandatory to progress from Jade Partner to Orange Partner level.
    This course provides essential knowledge of the LutinX ecosystem, blockchain applications, and partner tools.

  • LutinX reserves the right to review and validate every Partner application based on eligibility criteria and regional policies.

  • Each Partner is assigned a Partner Manager, who provides guidance and ongoing support during onboarding and throughout your collaboration with LutinX.

💡 Reminder

Program Validity & Review

  • Subscription Period: 1 September 2025 → 31 August 2026.

  • Minimum Requirements Deadline: meet your level’s minimum requirements by 31 July 2026.

  • Ongoing Review: LutinX may evaluate your subscription status at any time during the period.

Contract Renewal

  • Annual review of your results against your level’s requirements.

  • You are responsible for meeting those requirements.

  • If targets are not met, your Partner Manager will work with you to define a supportive plan for success.

Advancement in the Program

  • LutinX proactively reviews performance throughout the year to assess eligibility for the next level.

  • You may request a level review at any time during the subscription period.

  • Approved level changes take effect within 30 days of LutinX’s notification.

  • Benefits are not retroactive; they apply only from the level-update date.

Yes. Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before your application can be approved.
Without a verified account, your Partner registration cannot be activated.

Once your form and documents are received, the Partner Management Team reviews your information.
The process usually takes 3 to 7 business days, after which you’ll receive your Addendum and official confirmation email.

After approval, you’ll be officially part of the LutinX Partner Network.
Your Partner Representative will contact you to schedule your Orientation Course, discuss training details, and guide you through your first activities.

The Orientation Course is a foundational training session designed to help new Partners fully understand how to operate within the LutinX ecosystem.
During the course, you’ll learn:

  • how the LutinX platform and its blockchain tools work

  • how to use your Partner Dashboard and related applications

  • and how to identify your specific area of professional focus within the network.

While it is not mandatory to remain a LutinX Partner, attending the Orientation Course allows you to progress directly from Jade Partner to Orange Partner level.
Your Partner Representative will provide information about course content, schedules, and related details(date & price).

Access to the Support Materials & Training reserved area is garanted after you complete the Orientation Course or once you reach the Orange Partner level.
