Where to Find Registration Codes on LutinX

When you register a file (document, image, contract, etc.) on LutinX, the platform automatically generates a set of registration codes.
These codes are essential to prove authenticity and allow anyone to verify your work on the Blockchain.

You can find them in two places:

1. In Your Dashboard (after creating the account)

After you register (notarize) your file on LutinX, you can view all related codes & certificates from your dashboard.

Quick steps:

  • Log in at LutinX.com.

  • Click the app launcher (grid icon) at the top-right.

  • Open UPLOADS → this lists all your registered items.

  • Click the document of interest to open its detail page.

  • Scroll to the bottom to the Codes & Certificates area

2. In the PDF Certificate

Each registration also generates a PDF certificate you can download.
This certificate includes:

  • The QR Code for direct access to the certificate.

  • The Blockchain Hash and Digital Signature.

  • Metadata such as author, date of registration, KYC status (blue check), and license.

  • Official confirmation of authenticity, legally valid in 175 countries.

What you’ll find at the bottom (buttons & options)

Check the Blockchain Certificate

Opens the public certificate page for that specific registration (shows title, author, KYC blue check if present, timestamp, QR, Hash, SHA512 Code, Signee email etc.).

Verify the Blockchain Hash

Lets you verify the hash against the blockchain record (and from there you can also confirm integrity via the Explorer).

Copy the Digital Signature

Copies the Digital Signature string to your clipboard for sharing or searching on LutinX.com.

Download the Public QR

Downloads a QR image that, when scanned, takes anyone straight to the public certificate page for that registration.

Download the Authorship /Paternity PDF

Downloads the PDF certificate containing all registration details (author, timestamp, hash, signature, license, etc.).

Tip: Sharing any of these elements (QR, Hash, Digital Signature, or the PDF certificate) allows third parties to independently verify authenticity via LutinX.com and, where applicable, via the LutinX Explorer.
