When creating a new LutinX account, you will be asked to choose the type of account you need. Each option is designed for a specific use case.

Here you decide if your account is for personal use, for your child, or for business purposes.

2. Requirements & access

  • Requires a valid paid license (Business / Enterprise plan).

  • No free registrations are included with Business accounts — a license purchase is mandatory.

  • Access to the app suite depends on the purchased license, i.e., you can use only the applications included in your plan (e.g., L.STAMP for timestamping, COPYRIGHT ZONE for IP protection, BOOKLET for BBadges, L.ID for KYC, UPLOADS, LINKS, L.LABEL+, etc.).

3. How to purchase a license

You can purchase a Business/Enterprise license in two ways:

  1. By creating an account with a referral code

    • A referral code is mandatory to activate the account.

    • You can receive a code from a sales agent, or request one directly from Support (support@lutinx.com).

    • Once the account is created with the referral code, you can proceed to purchase the license from your Dashboard → Shop.

  2. Direct purchase from the License Comparison pages

    • Go to the public License Presentation/Comparison section .

    • Select the license that best fits your needs, proceed with payment, and follow the activation instructions sent to your email.

    • Even in this case, a referral code is required for create your account and start to use LutinX.

4. What Business licenses unlock (plan-based)

  • Higher registration quotas — volumes depend on the selected license.

  • Advanced copyright/IP tools for professional protection and evidence.

  • Additional apps within the LutinX suite according to your plan (see details in the license comparison).

Note: every registration (temporary or final) is recorded on blockchain and consumes your quota. Blockchain records cannot be changed or deleted; to certify an updated file, create a new registration.

It depends on the specific license plan. Each license includes a different quota of registrations. They are not unlimited.

Yes, you can upgrade your free account at any time. Simply log in, go to your dashboard, open the Shop area, and choose the license that best fits your needs—CZ.PRO o CZ.PREMIUM. Upgrading unlocks additional features, higher limits, and more advanced tools for protecting your Intelletual Property.

If you reach the registration limit of your license, you have two options:

  • Upgrade to the next license → move to a higher plan with larger quotas and additional features.

  • Purchase extra registration packages → available in the Shop area of your Dashboard, these allow you to add more registrations without changing your current license.

Yes. Each license is valid for 1 year. Before it expires, you will receive a notification with instructions to renew or upgrade. If the license is not renewed, you will lose the ability to make new registrations, but all the works already certified will remain permanently recorded on blockchain.

No. Access depends on the license type. Each plan includes specific apps; higher plans give access to more advanced features.

If your license expires, you will no longer be able to make new registrations until you renew or upgrade your plan.
However, all your existing registrations remain permanently recorded on blockchain — they never disappear or lose validity, even if your license is no longer active.

👉 If you also purchased extra registration packages, these too will become unavailable until you renew your license. Once renewed, you will regain access to any remaining quota.

Refunds are possible only under specific conditions:

  • If you do not use the license (no registrations made), you have a 14-day withdrawal period during which you can request a refund.

  • If you start using the license and make registrations, the license is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
