Once you notarize a file in CZone, your work is permanently registered on blockchain with a legal timestamp. But where do you find your proof later? Unlike traditional systems that may email you a file, CZone stores everything securely in one place: the Uploads App in your Dashboard.

The Uploads section is your personal archive of authorship certificates, QR codes, and notarized files.

Here you can:

Download your official PDF certificate.
Verify the blockchain hash and timestamp.
Share your work using QR codes.
Access every version of your notarized content in one place.

Follow the steps below carefully and use the screenshots as a reference:

Step 1 — Access the Uploads App

Log into your LutinX account.
From the main dashboard menu, click on Uploads.
You will see a list of all your notarized files.

👉 You can choose between two types of visualization:

Blocks View – shows your works as preview cards with cover images, easy to browse visually.

List View – displays your works in a table format, showing details such as file type, name, signed date, visibility, and QR codes.

Each record includes:

File name
Date of registration
Work category (e.g., book, music, photo)
Current status

Step 2 — Open Your Certificate

Click on any file entry to open the certificate details page. Here you will find:

📄 PDF Certificate – downloadable, printable, and shareable.
⏱️ Legal Timestamp – the exact blockchain-verified date and time of registration.
🆔 Blockchain Hash (Digital Fingerprint) – the cryptographic signature of your file.
👤 Author & Owner Information – creator and rights holder details.
🖼️ Cover Image – the 600×600px image you uploaded during registration.

This page is your official proof of authorship and ownership.

Step 3 — QR Code Verification

Every certificate comes with two QR codes:

🔒 Private QR – internal use, visible only in your account.
🌍 Public QR – a shareable code for external verification.

Anyone scanning the public QR code will be redirected to the official verification page, showing the blockchain record and confirming your authorship.

Step 4 — Sharing and Using Your Certificate

Your CZone certificate can be used in different ways:

Download the PDF and attach it to your portfolio, CV, or legal documents.
Share the public QR code on your website, social media, or publications.
